Find a similar style from your wardrobe that fits you just right. To take measurements, lay the garment down on a flat surface without stretching the fabric.
Waist
Measure across the garment at the natural waist and double the measurement.
Length
Measure from the center of the shoulder seam to the hem in a straight line.
Hip
Measure across the garment at the widest part of the hip and double the measurement.

Cute but poofier than expected
I was unsure if this top would work for me as I have a larger chest (34F) and broad shoulders but I figured I'd give it a try anyways. It didn't lay on me the way it lays on the model, on me it stayed kind of poofed out rather than laying with intentional "wrinkles". It was also a little tight under my arms. I'm returning it.
