ABOUT THE BRAND

While visiting the Amazon rainforest, New York-based hairstylist and colorist Fabian Lliguin was let in on a local secret—women used rahua oil to achieve ultra-glossy strands. Witnessing the natural high-shine benefits first-hand, Lliguin and his wife, Anna Ayers, were inspired to found plant-based haircare brand Rahua, after the tree nut the oil is extracted from. Since its conception, Rahua has employed the local community to assist in sourcing the rainforest-grown ingredients for its fan-favorite haircare products.
