Find a similar style from your wardrobe that fits you just right. To take measurements, lay the garment down on a flat surface without stretching the fabric.
Waist
Measure across the garment at the natural waist and double the measurement.
Length
Measure from the center of the shoulder seam to the hem in a straight line.
Hip
Measure across the garment at the widest part of the hip and double the measurement.

True to size if you are petite
This shirtdress works for a petite girl because the length is not a problem. I'm 155cm 48kg and I got a S after reading all the reviews thinking I should size up but it wasn't the case this time. I think I should've gotten an XS. But to be honest the quality is not worth the money and it looks a bit odd on a petite person. I think should've spent the money on something else.

I am only 5'1 and 110 lbs and this dress was incredibly short. I couldn't lift or move my arms without being exposed.

Really stylish tunic sweater
I love this sweater and received many compliments when I paired it with a corduroy cabby hat and skinny knit pants. This fits true to size, with the medium fitting me well at 5'5" and 155 lbs. I will say that it is definitely more of a tunic than a dress though...could not imagine wearing without some pants! Highly recommend.

I am 5'7 and after reading reviews saying it was short, opted to go a size up and ordered a Large. It is still SO SHORT. Looks cute as a tunic but I'm disappointed not to be able to use it as a dress.

This dress is tiny! I'm usually a small and I ordered a medium, couldn't get it over my behind. Cute, not really the super highest quality, but cute. Sucks it had to go back.

The dress is cute and to my opinion with great value. It does run a bit short for tall girls maybe but it fits me well.

Too short
I read the reviews before ordering, and got a X-Small & Small. While the X-Small fit perfectly on top, it was way too short. I am 5ft 2in/110 lbs, and while it looked great when I was standing, I could not sit or bend down without exposing my bottom in this. I ended up keeping the small, and will probably get a black belt to make it more shapely since it's looser than I wanted. It looks so good with my black thigh high boots! Anther thing, I though the collar and shirt part was white- at least that's how it looked on my screen. It's defiantly a deep baby blue.

I am 5'5"-ish and I ended up returning this dress because it was too short and literally looked like I was wearing nothing but a collared shirt with a sweater. The fabric seemed to be nice quality and the weight was very light. Very sad to have had to return this piece.
