Before founder Brett Heyman started a fashion craze with her wildly popular line of minaudieres, she was a collector of midcentury acrylic clutches. But as it became harder to find her bag of choice in vintage stores, she decided to start making her own. Enter: Edie Parker clutches and chain-link purses. The range of colorful, cheeky ’50s-inspired mini bags — all produced in America — rolled out in 2010 and has been making appearances around the world since.
