Find a similar style from your wardrobe that fits you just right. To take measurements, lay the garment down on a flat surface without stretching the fabric.
Waist
Measure across the garment at the natural waist and double the measurement.
Length
Measure from the center of the shoulder seam to the hem in a straight line.
Hip
Measure across the garment at the widest part of the hip and double the measurement.
Bust
Measure across the chest, from armpit to armpit, and double the measurement.

Faux Top
This is such a beautiful shirt. If you are big chested this will not work for you, at least it didn't for me. I'm 5'6 and 115lbs, 32DD and I got the xxs. Might work better for someone with a smaller chest. Sadly had to return not sure if the XS would have worked better.
