Love these - but material pills
I have 3 sets of these pjs and I love them. However, after about 6-8 months of regular wear, the material pills and they definitely arent as soft.

These pajamas are SO soft and comfortable, BUT they snagged after less than an hour of wearing them. I was so bummed! I was unable to return them because of Shopbop's return policy, but I did return additional pairs that I ordered.

Why no XS?
I am generally a size XS but got these in small, hoping it would fit since it's the smallest size offered. Unfortunately the shorts were too baggy and looked silly. I thought about keeping them because they were sooo comfortable and soft, but for that price I want them to look nice as well, not sloppy and hanging off me. Sadly I sent them back.

This is the perfect PJ - the cotton is so soft and is light enough that it is comfortable to sleep in. Shorts are perfect length. Eberjey runs small.

Own in 3 colors
I own 3 sets of these pajamas and will continue buying them any time I can get them on sale. I agree with other reviewers that the fabric is prone to pilling over time, even if you wash on gentle and air dry, which is part of the reason why I'll only buy these on sale. I own in navy, mint green, and pale pink. The pale pink is a little dingy compared to the deeper or more vibrant colors; I'll probably avoid muted, light colors in the future. Despite these drawbacks, these are the only pajamas I can comfortably sleep in other than mismatched gym shorts and a random t-shirt (and these are so much cuter!). The fit is great--true to size and just loose enough to be comfortable but not so loose that you feel like you're swimming in extra fabric. I'm 5'1" and typically a size 2 or small, and the small fits perfectly.
