Worth the Investment
Very happy with my purchase from Shopbop. The backpack is a the perfect size to fit my 13 inch Macbook as well as anything else I need for University. This bag would also be great for travelling on planes or day trips. The material is very durable and appears to be waterproof and can easily be washed. I love the style and colour of the bag, it is a muted khaki green which goes with most outfits while being a bit more interesting than the black version. It is a bit pricier than what I would usually spend on a backpack, however with the friends and family sale along with Shopbop's great service I was very impressed with my purchase.

Realy, really like this bag
I wanted a bag I could toss around and not worry about. The bag is lightweight and made of good material, while it is water repellent it is not waterproof. I will be waxing mine to help ensure that. I use it as an around town bag. I have a water bottle Thermos 18 oz./0.5 liter fits but it's tight (anything bigger will probably not fit into the side pocket), my wallet, book, pouch with odds and ends (toothbrush, contact solution, etc.), sunglass case, keys, and Ipad. Front pocket will not fit a continental sized wallet. I have a coin pouch, house keys, cell phone and chapstick. With just this stuff the bag is still light and not uncomfortable. I have no issues with the straps.You can fit much much more into it, but i could also see it becoming uncomfortable too if overstuffed. Got the forest green, it's a great shade, goes with a lot and hopefully won't show a lot of stains. I recommend the bag, i went into it know what i wanted out of it and didn't have unrealistic expectations.
