Find a similar style from your wardrobe that fits you just right. To take measurements, lay the garment down on a flat surface without stretching the fabric.
Waist
Measure across the garment at the natural waist and double the measurement.
Length
Measure from the center of the shoulder seam to the hem in a straight line.
Hip
Measure across the garment at the widest part of the hip and double the measurement.
Bust
Measure across the chest, from armpit to armpit, and double the measurement.

Agree with another reviewer that this runs small - particularly in the bottom of the sleeves where it knots. I ordered my usual small and kept it, but should have exchanged for the medium!! If you have really small arms might be fine.. Overall great quality though, and a great basic!

This is a nice feminine touch to the basic tee. I ordered the black, but the color wasn't as dark as I was hoping -- it looked slightly faded, so I am exchanging it for the white. High quality as to be expected from A.L.C.

I absolutely love this shirt and purchased in both colors. It is such a unique twist on a basic tee. I found this shirt on neiman marcus in yellow and it was a pre order .... I quickly purchased for the spring. ALC is my absolutely favorite!!! I found the fit a bit small ... usually a small but purchased a medium.
