Measure across the garment at the natural waist and double the measurement.
Length
Measure from the center of the shoulder seam to the hem in a straight line.

AMAZING
I am debating buying two more of these dresses because they are that good. I am usually a size 2-4...I am about 127lbs 5'6" with a small chest. The XS fit like a dream as this brand runs very oversize. I received so many compliments when I wore this to work with black tights and leopard flats. It's a bit of a pain to iron/steam the white but worth it. Very unique and flattering!

Love this dress. I paired with a leather motto jacket, black tights, and YSL heels. I steamed the white part of the dress and it laid flat and not puffy. I'm 5'6 / Slim. I could get it altered but didn't. Unique and different.

So cute, so huge
I love the vibe of this dress. I ordered the M (5'7", 128lb) and it was voluminous. So I sent it back and ordered an XS . I arrive today and I am so bummed because it's still so big it makes you look like a bag lady. Due to the black sweater type top I think it would be very hard to have altered to fit down as well. Going to send it back. :-(

Not for Short People
This is such a cute dress but looks somewhat off on skinny, petite women. I am 5'3 and 115lbs and the waist of the dress hit lower than on the photo and it was just too wide and bulky.
