I love Xirena but not this dress
I absolutely love and wear fervently all my Xirena pieces, from tops and skirts to dresses and pants. I especially love that I can buy a Large, my usual size, in any piece from the range and the consistency in sizing is a dream. I got this dress sale on sale so it was a great price but when it arrived I thought it was the wrong size. The lining is quite snug over my tummy and hips and even the shirring, especially where it meets the lining, is very fitted. I think I will have to remove the lining. The length is great, hitting just above my ankle on a 5'3 frame, and colour is gorgeous but I was so disappointed by the sizing. A rare misstep from the brand.
