I love this kind of side cinched dresses, but the material of this one, not so much. It's a heavy knit and just not comfy for summer. I prefer a similar dress that's in ribbed cotton by BB Dakota, and they are cheaper too!

I have debated this dress for a year and finally just got it. It looks so good on my curvy frame. I am usually in-between a M and L. I got the M for this one, and it is snug but fits and is flattering. It is a thick material so not see through at all. I love that the sides are adjustable.

This dress is absolutely amazing! After reading the reviews I ordered the Ecru color and was pleasantly surprised. The material is extremely flattering and not see-through AT ALL!!! Highly recommend as a staple in your wardrobe.

hype is worth it
I had been seeing this dress all over the Internet/blogs, and so when it came on sale I had to buy it! It far exceeded my expectations!!! I am absolutely obsessed. The material is thicker than expected, but in the BEST way. It holds everything in (even after a bowl of pasta and a few glasses of wine) and is extremely flattering! I also love how you can make it shorter with the strings on the side because at 5'2" I always have issues with dresses being too long! I'm excited to wear the dress this fall with a jacket and booties, but I can also see myself wearing it in spring/summer with strappy heels! If you're debating ordering it--DO IT. I never write reviews, but I had to for this dress! I also ordered the dress in the Sage color, and it's such a beautiful and unique color. Highly, highly recommend this dress!!

This piece surprised me. I was looking for a fun, "basic" dress to wear with sneakers or heels. I'm slender (5'8", 115 lbs) and normally wear XS or S. I bought this in XS and it fits like a glove, not too tight, which is always my main concern with formfitting dresses. The material is comfortable and I like that the sides are adjustable. So the length can be as mini as you'd like (or not). It gives off a casual, sexy vibe. I want one in every color!

Beautiful but maybe great on petites
Let me start off by saying the dress is gorgeous. I ordered the mint colored one and I'm in love. It's a muted dark mint green that's the perfect transitional color. The material resembles a heavy knit sweater. I could see this lasting a long time and completely worth the price. I really wanted to keep it but I just think it looks incredibly overwhelming on my figure (5'3 / 115 lbs) and I ordered an XS. I think there's still too much fabric for my petite frame making me look bigger/square when I'm pretty hourglass. The length is completely adjustable so that's a really nice feature but still the ended up looking a little frumpy on me. I would 100% keep it if I were over 5'6 :)

This is nice and heavy and form-fitting - the length is fine, not too short, b/c you can adjust it. I got a small which was OK, but am returning it for a medium for a little more relaxed fit. 5'7"/130/34C
