Find a similar style from your wardrobe that fits you just right. To take measurements, lay the garment down on a flat surface without stretching the fabric.
Waist
Measure across the garment at the natural waist and double the measurement.
Rise
Measure from the middle of the waistband to where the inseams (legs) meet.
Leg Opening
Measure across the leg opening, then double the measurement.

Measure down the inner leg from the crotch to the leg opening.

Believer of the hype
I have had my eye on this pair of denim from MOTHER for months...finally decided to pull the trigger and see if all the hype was true. This is my second MOTHER denim purchase...the first purchase went back because they fit very strangely. The MOTHER Superior Tomcat is different. It's amazing. It definitely runs small so absolutely size up (I am usually a 25 and had to size up to 26 for these). The faded color is perfect and the details are such that you know from the first moment you pull them on...this is a high end denim. Just enough stretch to feel comfortable and give you shape. Perfect length on my 5'7 frame...will look great with sandals, sneakers etc. Distressing is on point...not too much and in all the right places. I really wanted to love this pair and I do! If you are on the fence, I highly recommend giving this denim a try! Note: even the 26 is a bit tight in the waist and hips but I believe it will give a little with frequent wear.

Disappointed the design
I love mother jeans as it's super comfy and nice quality with my another model, so I was excited to try this as well but this item wasn't comfy at all, the length is middle of nowhere as I'm not like model tall(I'm 167cm) and looks fat. Plus It's not flattering that the back pocket is strangely small and leg opening is very awkward for me. I'm wondering how many reviews were over rated.

Love these jeans. Just received them today so I havent had the chance to wear them yet. They fit perfectly, a little tight in the waist but I expect that to loosen up with wear. I am short, 5 feet 2 so the length is longer on me than the model but still about an inch above my ankle. I will live in these, perfect mom jean look.

I just bought these jeans and they are my second pair of Mother's. I usually wear Current Elliot's. These run a bit smaller in my opinion because they are higher waisted. I am glad I went with the 29. Love the look of these jeans, the feel and the quality. Mother Jeans are my new favorite.

All my jeans at Citizens of Humanity, this was my first time purchasing Mother denim. I LOVE THIS PAIR!!! I'm petite (5'2") and I am a true size 26. These jeans fit true to size and, because the hem is only 24-25", I didn't have to hem them (finally!). They hug me in all the right places, they make my butt look like money, and I can dress them up or dress them down. In terms of material, they are firm but they have a slight stretch (not enough to stretch out if you wear them all day). Totally recommend. I'm almost tempted to buy a second pair,....
