Good quality smaller than expected
I was a bit disappointed with the sizing as I usually wear XS but this time I read the sizing instructions and chose S. and... It is so tight!!!! wow... but the cost of return is a half price of the clothing.

no washing machine
I bought the item as I do love to take my cosmetics everywhere I go. It was said that you can wash the bottles in the washing machine. So I did... The bottle was destroyed.

absolutely disappointed
Before I was a fan of the Kitsch' products. I ordered the item as a present for new year. As it meant to be a present I didn't check the quality. So when my friend started opening the package two of pearls fell. on the rest hairpins the clue looked so old and cheap. the hairpins are really heavy also... I apologised 1000 times to my friend and threw away the pins. shame on you Kitsch.

Poor quality
I was anticipating the T-shirts as I read many positive Cosabella feedbacks. But after two washing (gentle, shortest cycle) a hole appeared at the front of the grey one. I am totally disappointed.

Love the eyeware
It is my first purchase of Le Specs. Thee are really nice looking (not cheap and lightweight). The only unusual thing for me: they are straight I mean they don't have a slightest curve.

Totally disappointed
I adore cashmere and know how to use the fabric to last long but these gloves... We still have snow in Moscow and I've been keeping the gloves to walk in a park. So I put them on and wen for a walk. It hasn't passed 10 minutes (I was doing nothing with the hands) and a hole (5 mm) appeared on the forefinger.
I didn't believe the previous feedback and I pay for it.

bubbles after one gentle wash
I was so excited when I got the dress. It was so soft! I hand washed it before putting on for the first time. and.. the bubbles covered all the dress just after one wash!! I am so upset with CK and my purchase!
