WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
Haven't received the package but I would say it's the worst shopping experience ever. The order was placed on 27 Nov and the "first" package was shipped on 10 Dec. Since I've been always traveling, I tried to change my shipping address regarding their delaying however their customer service was just ignoring it. Even worse than this, I just got the message from my bank that they've charged me twice. I honestly don't know how to run a successful online shopping web with so many unprofessional errors. Anyways, I'll just try my best to have everyone to be aware before they place their order at Shopbop.
