Its the bad quality of fabric!
Its a pity that extremely cheap fabric is used for this otherwise beautiful dress, fitted perfectly but unflattering, itchy and polyester feel. Would not expect this quality from a dress at this price point. Will be returning it.

Feels cheap
The sweater is unexpected large, completely shapeless and worst of all, it doesn't feel soft as cashmere.

Beautiful shoes but size ran small
I loved the shoes, they are beautiful and soft to wear but size ran a bit small for me.
