Dee Ultra High Rise Shorts

Love these shorts! But a bit Small
I love these shorts. I'm 5'9" around 140lb. I normally wear a size 4/27 in pants, so bought these in a size 27, but found the waist on these to be way too tight! I'm returning these and planning on buying a size 28 to see if they fit any better! The rise is perfect, and length is good enough to not be cheeky. They have the perfect amount of modesty.
Sizing: Smaller than Expected
