Incorrect Size Conversion table
Beautiful Converse sneakers and I love the color but the Size Conversion table provided by Shopbop is incorrect. Instead of EUR 39 I received a EUR41.5 so they will be returned. Especially disappointing as they are now sold out in my correct size. Shopbop claims that I should contact Customer Service regarding sizing... not helpful at all.

Wrong size conversion
The shoes are cute and have a comfortable feel but they are far too big. The size conversion in Shopbop was wrong: US 9.5 converted to EUR 39.5 but the shoes arrived in size EUR 41.

Arrived damaged
This item arrived leaking as it wasn't wrapped in bubble foil and the whole parcel was wet. Customer Service didn't reply to my complaint. Had to dispose the frame.
