Depends What Youre Seeking
I want to say firstly that Brinker & Eliza makes beautiful jewelry and I loved the personalized note in the boxes! That aside, I was a little disappointed with this necklace. It was kind of big/bulky, a little heavy, but mostly-- I was really excited about the colors in the middle, I expected sort of this glass ombre appearance but instead it looked a little more like nail polish swipes on the front. It isn't awful, but just not what I wanted or hoped for. Make sure you use the magnifier on the cursor to look at the colors, the green is a very good representation of how it appears in real life--a little flat and superficial. Had they used glass and made it more textured/dimensional (like many of their earrings!), this would have been a keeper for me.

Beautiful but Inaccurate Materials
I have tons of cheap jewelry/necklaces that are fine against my skin. With my ears I have to wear real gold, silver, or surgical steel--but since this is a necklace, I wasn't too worried about the brass base, especially with an 18k gold overlay. Well, I wore this necklace for approximately 5 hours and the next 3 days I had substantial welts and blisters everywhere this necklace touched my skin. I have no idea what the composition is on this material but it is certainly not as stated. That being said, it is a beautiful necklace. So my recommendation would be to either never wear on your bare skin (turtlenecks and mock necks only) or to pass. Even when I was 10 and wore fake metal jewelry from coin machines I never had a reaction such as this, so I'd be worried it would effect most people the same.
