Embracing Maximalism
I just received this dress in the mail and immediately tried it on. It fits like a glove! I am 5'5 (165cm) and 125lbs (57kg) I am pear-shaped. I ordered an XS based on my chest size. Since this dress is A-line I figured it would be more forgiving on my lower body. If you are fuller chested, I would suggest ordering a larger one.
The color and detail are just as I expected. The sleaves look slightly fuller than what is seen in the pics. This might be due to my arm size. I imagine it will look different based on the individual. The dress hits mid-calf on me. I am a huge fan of the print and cut of this dress. It is not as heavy as I expected it to be. The material is comfortable.
I usually go for neutral colors (black, camel, cream, and grey). This dress is great, especially if you want to embrace a more maximalist approach to style.
