Poor quality -- holes after 1 wear
I wore this tee one time for a few hours, washed it according to the label directions (on cold delicate, in a lingerie bag, lay flat to dry), and when I put it on this morning for its second wear, there were already two of those little pinholes at the waist (you know the ones!). I specifically bought an EIGHTY DOLLAR T-SHIRT (!!!) because I'm tired of the poor quality of cheaper tees (and "cheaper" is pretty relative here -- I'm talking about James Perse, AllSaints, Madewell, none of which were actually cheap in cost). Clearly, more expensive is not the answer to the quality issue, as this Vince tee might be one of the poorest quality tees I currently own. Ugh.

So Excited For These!
I bought the Tomcats in The Confession wash in August and loved the fit and vibe of them. But, the distressed knees aren't always what I'm going for, and I really wished they had a less-distressed version with the same wash and fit. (I had tried another version of the Tomcats, but they had kind of a kick flare?...IDK, it was weird.) And lo and behold, along comes the Bless You wash. While they still have the distressing at the back of the ankle and on the pockets, the knees are intact and I don't have to worry about splitting them every time I get down on the floor to play with my toddler. While I didn't expect to spend $500 on denim this fall, I feel like both The Confession and the Bless You wash can fill unique gaps in my denim wardrobe, so I'll be keeping both. (Good grief, Mother! :D -- but also, thank you for the less-distressed wash of this perfect denim cut!)
