A Fabulous, So Different Piece
In such a short time I have become a complete Caroline Constas devotee. I started loving the OTS trend when it first appeared last summer. Since my first OTS blouse I bought from this line almost a year ago, I've picked up a few more of her tops and dresses. The textiles used are very high quality as is the tailoring; CC definitely knows how to flatter the female figure. The price point, especially for the tops, is high, but there are so many positives in addition to the fabrication that the investment is well worth it. One of my favorite things about these pieces is how well they travel; I open up my suitcase and whether it's the cottons or filmy silks the wrinkling is minimal and falls out quickly (even without steaming). This top stays in place largely due to the built-in bra, but even so I encourage sizing down so that it fits snugly and also creates more support for the chest. I ordered a large and it works well, but the medium would be ideal. Love the summery gingham!

The White Bikini I've Always Wanted
I have spent years trying on white bikinis only to repeatedly realize that even dry, they're usually somewhat transparent. Zimmermann has layered the material and fabricated the suit so that even when wet nothing is revealed. I love skimpy bikinis, but I also love those that have fuller coverage bottoms and bra-like tops. This definitely fits like a bra with good support while the bottoms ride low and are about 75% full coverage in the seat. My only complaint is that this is sold as a set; we are rarely the same size on top as we are on the bottom (5'10, 142lbs, 36DD, athletic). First, I ordered a medium (2): the bottoms fit perfectly, but the top was too small (the cup cuts across demi style) so I returned, reordering a large (3). This size fits on top, but the bottoms sag here and there. Still, it's easier to take away material than add it so the bottoms are going to the tailor. This is the second pair of Zimmermann bottoms I've tailored in order to get the ideal fit. Worth it!

Beautiful Knit & Sexy Twist to This Top
I had been in search of a black knit fitted top to match a bright pink Cushnie et Ochs cutout pencil skirt I splurged on and finally, after finding and trying on this top, I found something that paired perfectly with not only the skirt, but also with several other bottoms like white Hudson skinny jeans. Despite the areas of loose knit, if you wear nothing more than an opaque black bra, you won't need to add anything else underneath. I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly, not too tight across the chest, and hitting just above the lower point of my hipbones (5'10, 142 lbs, 36DD). I own a few other Ohne Titel pieces and the quality is superb. This is a great staple as I don't think one could ever have too many black top options.

Four of These and Counting!
White + Warren cashmere travel wrap scarves are the ultimate in comfort and they're stylish, too. These are definitely expensive, but they stay looking fabulous even after a couple of years of heavy wear. No pilling, very few pulls -- though, be cautious of jewelry you wear because these scarves do get snagged if you're unaware -- and even if you throw it in a carry-on, the wrinkles fall out overnight. The quality of the cashmere is top notch so the price point becomes more reasonable when you factor in the quality, the fabrication, and the number of ways in which you can wear this scarf. In addition to this soft, feminine pink, I also have this scarf/travel wrap in a light lavender, beige, and a bright orange sherbet (which is my favorite because it goes with nothing, so, therefore, it goes with everything)! This will definitely not be my last W+W scarf purchase!

Beautiful, but Too, TOO Revealing On Top
I absolutely love Zimmermann and this season their floral prints are stunning! Over the past few years I have added several pieces from this brand, mostly bikinis and dresses, to my wardrobe and I wear them season after season, impressed by the quality, tailoring and the enduring fabrication. The print is so Springy and the fit very flattering. At 5'10, 142 lbs, I ordered a large; it was very loose *almost* all over, especially in the waist, while the length was a tad longer than midi. Ultimately, it was the bustier top that made this a disappointing return: too tight (I'm 36DD) and too revealing. I know Zimmerman bills the majority of its pieces as "cover-up," but given the price point I wouldn't dare get them wet, let alone with chlorine. I want to wear these pieces out and about. Even if smaller on top, I think the bustier is still overexposing. However, if I had the means to purchase this for wear only at a resort, I'd do it... but I need more versatility at this price.

White Shoes Never Look THIS Fabulous!
I'm a huge fan of Pedro Garcia perforated booties and suede heels. And since I've long been on the hunt for the perfect pair of white shoes, I ordered these during the Shopbop promo. They arrived and I tried them, I'm a 39.5-40.5 (9.5-10.5) depending on brand, and this line runs true to size for every pair I've purchased. These are a true white, but a soft white; they're the perfect white. What amazes me is that even in a size 40, these managed to make my feet look slim and dainty. These are so stylish and subtly sexy -- I wouldn't dare wear them with any dark denim or other color/fabric that might transfer to the white suede -- and they'll pair with so many looks. I purchased my first pair of PGs about eight years ago and the quality is so superb that they look just as good as when I first received them. I would pay full price for these because the quality justifies the price point. Give these a go; you'll have them and wear them for years!

100% YES!!!
I have eyed these high-waisted jeans, with the cool braided waistband, at a local boutique for the past couple of months. However, it wasn't until the Shopbop promo that I decided to give them a try. I'm 5'10, 142 lbs, and I'm a 27 in Hudsons, Frame, and Goldsign while usually a 28 in J Brand, Joe's, and Paige. Given that the fabrication is similar to Hudson, I ordered a 27 and they fit like a glove. Even so, a 26 would have also worked because of the stretch factor. These jeans are incredibly slimming and so flattering. I'll be tucking tops, at least partially, to show off the braided waistband. These are definitely jeans for not only tall girls, but tall girls who also love to wear heels. They have a sexy 70s vibe to them even though the cut is, thankfully, not bellbottom. I'm loving that there are now a few more longer inseam options available to those of us who are taller than average.

Over the Top Adorable
I am loving every piece I purchase from Caroline Constas and this dress is no exception. The gingham print is so classic as is the fit of this dress. The fabrication is terrific, a lightweight, but quality cotton, and the dress fits extremely well. I love the three sash options. I'll probably take one of them and wear it as a headband, the ends of which will trail down my back. At 5'10 I'm so delighted to find a mini dress that is actually a decent length. The skirt is swingy and the dress itself just so, so sweet. This dress is the epitome of warm weather, Spring, and Summer. The only drawback is that the straps are not adjustable and they're simply too long. This will be an easy fix by the tailor. I ordered a large because I'm always looking for length, but a medium would have fit, too.

No, but Only Because I'm Not a Linen Fan
I have no idea how I missed the fact that the fabrication of these shorts is nearly 50% linen, but somehow I did so I ordered them. The color is great and the fit is good -- I intentionally sized up as I like shorts to sit very low on my hips to give me extra length on the legs -- but as other reviewers have observed, these are larger than expected. I also read comments about stretching out, but that's no surprise given they're partially linen. They were wrinkled when I pulled them out of the packaging so I can only imagine the mess they would be after sitting in them. I have no tolerance for wrinkles so for me, these were a return.

Great Accessory
Ever since Carrie Bradshaw wore a scarf like this one tied around her bicep, I have wanted to copy the look! And finally I get the chance. At nearly $200, I think this square piece of silk is extremely overpriced, to put it mildly, but with the Shopbop promo I went for it. I've tried it around my wrist as shown in the photo on this site, tied it around my bicep (just like in that "Sex and the City" episode!), and also tied it around my forehead. It's more versatile than I was expecting and the print is positively adorable so I'm pleased with my purchase!
