Item missing from my package
Contacted the customer service staff Heather once noticed this purchase was missing when my package arrived. Tho it was an awful shopping experience, the assistance from Heather was highly efficient and considerate. Got the refund for this missing item.

Mediocre quality
I would say this is so far the most unpleasant purchase that I have made on Shopbop. The leather is stiff and feels like low quality type. Also, this wallet got several glue stains on which I could not even clean them up entirely. It was a total disappointment, and doesn't match up to the brand's reputation. Cannot compare with the MJ wallet that I bought earlier this year.
