Unworkable fit issue
First on sizing - these run huge. I sized down a full size from my normal size,
Once I got them on, ok, they fit. But as soon as you start moving your heels pop right out. I don't think there is any way to mitigate this. The heel fits like you're wearing two sizes too big even after sizing down a full size from normal. Thicker socks don't help. I doubt those little heel tab things would either.
These shoes would otherwise be perfect, but this is a fatal flaw. Very disappointing.

Wrong size conversion
The shoes are cute and have a comfortable feel but they are far too big. The size conversion in Shopbop was wrong: US 9.5 converted to EUR 39.5 but the shoes arrived in size EUR 41.

Wrong sizing conversion
I am a solid EU40 so I ordered US10 according to Shopbop sizing conversion chart. Turns out the Superga's own sizing conversion translate a US size 10 to a EU size 41.5, which was way bigger than it should be. Really disappointed by Shopbop's customer service by not owning up to their responsibility in providing inaccurate information on the website. They only mentioned "size runs wide" but never mentioned about being outstandingly not true to size and suggesting downsizing.

Not as pictured
I bought these sneakers in the pale gold color. However, the grommets are a very bright gold and the tag isn't white. This is disappointing since I have purchased the same sneakers before.

Inconsistent
I ordered this shoe in two sizes to make sure I got the right one and they're two different styles. The size 7.5 have a muted gold tone on the grommets (true pale gold rather than bright gold in the photo), white soles, and white tag. The size 8 have a burnt orange sole, a black and white Superga tag logo on the side, and bright gold grommets. I don't understand how this happened because they're both labeled as the 2750 style with corresponding photos on the side of the box to prove they're that style. No idea if I'll keep them.

They look super chic with an all black outfit and a camel coat for a super cute comfy outfit. I wore these all day and they were so comfy. Love the gold grommets- they elevate the look. I used to wear converse but love these 100000x more. Great classic all white sneaker.

Wonky fit, but very sturdy!!
After reading other reviews & researching the sizing of Superga shoes- I knew their shoe sizing was quite strange, but majority of reviews said it "ran big". As a woman with a more wide foot, usually shoes running a little big is usually a plus.. Unfortunately, it didn't "run big" in the width, but the length of the shoe. I'm normally a 9-9.5, on occasion a size 10 if the shoes run narrow for reference. I purchased the size 9 in the Superga 2730 Cotropew Sneakers. My toes were hitting the side of the shoe, but yet my heel kept slipping out slightly.. So kind of an odd fit. If I got a 9.5 I think my toes would have more room- it wouldn't be so tight.. BUT! I think my heel would slip out way more. So the sizing is a bit wonky, but I think the size I purchased with a pair of socks might help a bit!
The positive of this shoe though is that it is very stylish & the quality is absolutely impactable! I would describe it as a more sturdy version of the classic Converse sneaker!

LOVE the shoe but runs very big
I was really excited about this shoe and ended up being very disappointed that they weren't true to size. However, it is a perfect white simple sneaker. It's very cute in person and comfortable.

Look great but not comfortable
I love the look of these shoes but honestly they are not comfortable to wear all day. They're quite heavy and for me they squish my toes a little on either side so maybe are better suited for narrow feet.

Order a size down!
I love these shoes! Before I ordered them I'd always heard that supergas run big... They do! I'm glad I ordered a size down. Even the full size down is nowhere near "snug" on my foot, but they are comfortably loose so I am keeping them. You wouldn't want to walk around a city in these but they are comfortable for casual strolling! I do have narrow feet.

A little bulkier than expected
First off, I didn't realize these were crocodile material shoes. The description says it, I just missed it. That being said, I didn't mind the texture, but the shoe itself was a bit bulkier than I was expecting and not as flattering on my feet. I'm about 5' 4" and a size 7-8 (depending on shoe brand) but these felt too big. Were fairly comfortable, but the outside materials made them a bit stiff. Had to return.

Looks cheap
They look cheaper and chunkier than the photos. When I saw Superga shoes in stores in Italy I remember they looked better but somehow the pair I got wasn't so great. I'd opt for other brands for white shoes.

the shoes are very comfortable. it comes with extra white laces and a pouch to. this shoes exceeds my expectations and would consider buying more Superga sneakers in the future.
