I'm usually an 8.5/9 and got the 8.5 (eur: 39.5) but i should have sized down half a size. I love the way they look but my heel tends to pop out when walking.

Wish I'd Read The Reviews
If I'd have read the reviews I would have just ordered Keds to be honest. Way too much discrepancy in sizing. Some people saying they're too big and some saying they're too small or wide or what have you. I ordered a US 8. I'm true to size typically in everything. I expected to receive a 38. Instead I got a 39, which to me is a size 9. (I have worked in a shoe store) I never buy shoes in a 39 because they're always too big. I ordered these for a trip so I don't have time to get the right size so I just have to endure these being too big. Outside of the sizing issue they're fine.

Cute but not great for narrow feet
I love the clean look of these sneakers but they are not great for narrow feet, I have to pull the laces really tight to get them to fit. The white canvas also gets horribly dirty with normal wear which is expected. I'll run them through the wash but I learned my lesson and will get white leather sneakers next time.

Runs 1/2 size big
All of my Supergas are 8.5/39.5. I would need to size down a half size to 8/39. I love the platform style!

Cute and comfy
These run true to size for me and they are crazy comfortable. This might just be me, but because I wear a US 9.5, this kind of shoe is tricky to pull off, it just looks cuter on a smaller foot. I'm sorry to say that on me, they skewed a bit older woman wearing a child's Easter shoe.

Cute tennies
Crisp white tennies and good quality for the price. The fit is off however. They run big and are a little bulky. The gold grommets look nice against the white fabric.

The service is terrible
First of all, the same shoes is much cheaper on Tmall website. I should check Tmall price first before shopbop.
Second, refund service is terrible. Shopbop charge $40
express fee and don't refund tax. So my shopping experience is getting a pair of shoes only worth 300 rmb by paying 1200 rmb.

I have other pairs of Supergas and these ran larger than I was generally anticipating, and the sizing chart guide on Shopbop doesn't offer a clear explanation of what size you'll get EU, as I got a half size bigger than the chart said? But the inside of the shoe said the US size I ordered... Since I knew my EU sizing I ordered according to that and it was wrong.... So be careful!! Otherwise adorable, and Supergas are super easy to clean.

its perfect for wide foot
i didnt expect its gonna comfortable with my foot because my foots are quite wide........ its wide shoes but its remarkably doesnt exaggerates big looking problem for womans...... it just looks really cute ......i love it! i have one designer shoes but this shoe is more comfortable than that one...... price is much more reasonable! how can it be ? i will buy only this brand shoes in this internet shop

Different to the pictures
These are very comfortable and I have found them to be true to size. However, the labels on these trainers are not white as pictured, they are red, black and white. I would have preferred the labelling to be completely white as they do stand out a bit, so I have knocked two stars off for that reason.
