Was on the fence about spending money on this, but it turns out to work great! I removed lint balls from 2 cashmere sweaters, mostly the ones that accumulate near the arm pits. It took just 2-3 minutes per sweater, just lay it flat and run the comb along the knit. The pills accumulate on the comb. There was no damage to the weave. Usually the dry cleaner charges extra for this, so it will actually save money and is so convenient. Total hero product.

I don't get it
I guess I didn't understand how it works, because it pinched and threatened to pick up the yarn -I was afraid to try it on a sweater that I like. Nice cedar but it's going back.

Shrunk my sweater
I hand washed my merino wool sweater with this detergent trusting that it will keep its size and shape as described by the product. Unfortunately the sweater shrunk and it is now smaller and tighter than before. Use with caution.

Fragrance and useful
Quite useful for wash wool and cashmere, no need to send to the shop to wash any more, the fragrance is also good to smell, you could put your sweater into the water, after 15 minutes, wash it softly and then dry titled

I love the Launderess shampoos
Originally started on this line with this cashmere shampoo but a slightly different scent. This one smells great too. Makes the chore of hand washing a little less unpleasant.

AMAZING! It works,don't stain UR clothes
I love, I don't really wash my clothes in the washer or dry clean. Cause I had OCD with my clothes. I don't like any of it to be ruined. ( Really hard to wash wool, mohair, and cashmere. ) I use this to fresh the clothing up and give it some life. ( I just wash the area that is dirty , and give it some sprays when its dry. I will buying another bottle. I hope this helps you.

The small bag is perfect for washing bras or delicate items - the larger bag is quite massive - good for large items you may otherwise hand-wash but a bit silly for day to day use. Would have been more useful to have 2 of the reasonably sized ones.

Smells good
I like this spray - smells good. I've used it while traveling - to freshen up any items that were in my suitcase. Also use it to get another wear or two out of a top or dress rather than be constantly taking it to the cleaners after only wearing it once.

White white white!!!
Tried the detergent on my white indoor slippers, and it did whiten and brighten them with its delightful scent. Can't wait to wash all my whites :)
