The style of the boots is amazing, but glue spots are evident all over the boot. They are not substantial and appear they would scratch easily. I ordered on full size up and they were still too small. If the quality was there I would have gone another .5 size up, but they are just too expensive for the quality and would not last long after wear. I wish the leather was better bc the boot has a great style!

Runs small, order one size up
I am usually a 6 in all footwear - ended up returning the 6 and ordering a 7. Once I got the right size I was super happy. Love the design and quality. Super comfortable shoe.

Not Good
These look cute upon first glance but they are extremely poorly made. The back/heel part of the shoe is too short and doesn't even cover your heel properly to walk. Not to mention, so uncomfortable I could barely walk from my couch to mirror to see them. These went back immediately.

The biggest disappointment
I got shoes of different sizes from Shopbop. One shoe is size 38 and the other shoe is size 35. I have recently had a feeling of discrediting me as a buyer. Several times there were no necessary documents for customs in the shipment, then the clothes came dirty, then the box was torn. Russians are very patient. But this is the last straw and I decided to write a negative review. Sending it back is very expensive. But I will do it. And I won't be able to return the customs payments.

Love, love, LOVE these shoes!
These shoes are everything! The color goes well with just about anything. They are great quality, and somehow super light-weight. Highly recommend!! For sizing, I am usually a 7 in heels and 7.5 in sneakers and boots. I ordered these in the 7.5 and they fit perfectly, so I would say that they run about a half size smaller.

Soo Narrow/Tiny
I'm a 7/7.5 and I purchased these in the 7.5 and I can't even get my foot in them. They are super narrow and the instep is impossible to get your foot in the boot. Absolutely gorgeous but size way up and avoid if you have a wide foot or high instep. I wish I could try a bigger size but they are sold out.

Very nice looking boot and seems to be well made. They do run quite small. I usually go up a 1/2 size in this brand and they fit well. But with this particular style and color, I'd have to go up 1 1/2 sizes to have them fit comfortably.

This handbag is incredibly versatile - it looks super lady like over the shoulder and it is a nice, bigger size for a crossbody. It's dressy without being too much for more casual needs. And, it holds the perfect amount of items - large wallet, phone, make-up bag, sunglasses, etc.
