Shoes are cute and comfortable; however, they fell apart after four wears. The stitching connecting the top to the side of the shoe completely came away on both the right and the left.

So incredibly thin, also the left and right fit so differently. Terrible quality, not worth the price.

Loved the style and color but returned
I loved the style and the color in nude. But I returned because the material is not high quality. It's a very thin material, where I could see my toenails peeking through the material and I keep my nails extremely short. Also wished it was more comfortable or cushiony

Not friendly for return
The heel was to big, and this shop was not easy to return the item, i just can't return it within 30 days because of X'mas holidays and pandemic of COVid. i will not shop in this web site any more. I'm so depressive with this purchase. I can wear this heels.

Poor Quality
Cute boot, fit true to size. However, heel broke clean off after wearing for one single hour. The screws holding the heel into the sole are not well placed. Tried to use shoe glue to hold back together, but wound up with a large between sole and heel and an awful looking shoe. Not worth the price unfortunately!

They are a size too big so sadly returned.
If Shopbop can't adequately describe the products it sells it should terminate its business. Extremely annoying and a waste of time and money

Size up two sizes at least
There were no reviews for this item on Shopbop so I looked for reviews on other retailer sites regarding fit and feel. All other reviews said to size up, so I did. I normally wear a 6.5 in heels and 7 in flats, so I purchased a 7. They were still too small so I exchanged for 7.5 and they barely fit. I honestly could have gone for an 8, but the size 8s were sold out. Order accordingly!
I have only worn them for a minute or two so far and can tell they will not be comfortable for any length of time, and definitely not comfortable for considerable walking. They are super cute on though, so plan accordingly.

Cute, comfy, but run big
These sandals are so cute and comfortable. The platform makes the shoes easy to walk in. However, they run large so I would size down a half size to a full size. I had to return mine because they were too big.

Cute but a bit disappointing
Shoes are really cute and I sized up half a size as per reviews and they fit well. Unfortunately my pair had a very noticeable scratch on the top strap so I'm doubting the quality of this brand or retailer.

I am so annoyed! I purchased these shoes and the first time as I am about to wear them to a wedding- the front strap broke as I was putting them on. Just completely cracked in two pieces. Needless to say, I didn't wear the shoes...

I don't get it
Ordered these based on all the rave reviews, and while I usually am fine with level of quality of Schutz shoes, these really missed the mark. The embossed leather looks and feels super plasticky and the ankle area is too loose, Seems like they changed the style of this boot slightly since it's been around for a couple years.

These are as lovely in person as online, but they run at least a half size small. I have a narrow foot; size 7-7.5 in flats, 7.5 in heels, and the 7.5 was too small on me. I might reorder in an 8.5. Darn!
