Great headband for summer

Shashi Rio Headband
Beautiful headband and well made BUT the tips are finished in jet black grosgrain ribbon as shown in the picture. I didn't give that much thought but the black shows very prominently in blonde hair...it looks like you're wearing an ear piece on either side of your ear or that you have something not intended stuck in your hair. Why didn't the manufacturer just use matching grosgrain ribbon?
