Unpleasant smell
I like their look and they are comfortable, but larger ( 1/2 size down). They have a strong unpleasant smell, which is astonishing for genuine leather. It gave me a migraine. They are airing right now outside. I hope that smell will go away. Bigger issue: the package contained neither the receipt nor the return document. This happens to me for first time with Shopbop.
