Worth it
Very cute, affordable. I have a bunch of hair ties from Kitsch and they are decent quality for the price. These are a bit sturdier than the metallic scrunchies which I really appreciate. These do have 3 scrunchies that are more of a suede than velvet texture, I guess that's the matte. I'll be getting another pack.
