better than regular tee
I own a bunch of Madewell courier tops and I love how it dresses up the typical "t-shirt and jeans" look. I have pretty sensitive skin so this cotton shirt definitely doesn't give me the itches when I wear it. Since it's a crisp white shirt, my bra didn't peak out (even while wearing a darker colored bra)! The only downside is I wish that it was cheaper because somehow the Madewell white courier tops I own get dirty really easy and I am a very clean person. It gets dirty easily if you sweat a lot in the collar area. Other than that, it's a perfect go-to top when you don't know what to pair it with your outfit.

The fabric is thick, though not as thick as I expected after reading reviews (you could still see my nude bra through it). The style is just so blah, I hated the size / shape of the pockets and yes, the shirt was very boxy and the collar was so plain. The white is not bright white but just a muted white. Nothing interesting about this shirt at all.

Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday
I love this shirt and it has served me well, but some work has gone into the relationship. First, if you prefer a crisp clean look, be prepared to use your iron. If not, you can easily have a beachy-chic, rumpled look right out of wash. It IS a heavier weight than you'd think looking at it. Like a light-weight canvas tote bag (?). Never the less, I'm happy with my purchase. I like to iron mine, cuff the sleeves two times, then tie it high around my waist and wear it with high waist pants in an attempt to achieve a look similar to Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday.
I am 43, 5'3", 155-165 lbs. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly.

Hard material, style is nice
I expected something much more softer, closer to linen. This material almost feels and looks like I wear a denim shirt. Also I would note, that the buttons are yellow, what was a surprise, I do not see them on the picture...The style is nice tough, and I will probably keep it as it looks quite ok, but still this is different how it looks like on the picture or described by the producer.

Baggy from the back
A little weird cause you get this lovely tailored look from the front and then it's really really baggy and loose in the back. Think it's what they were going for but I'll have it taken in.
